Aperitifs and dinners
From 6 p.m. onwards, come and sample our cocktails (just delicious, thanks Oriane!) around boards of quality produce, charcuterie and local cheeses, including Avalin, charcoal-grilled meats and tapas, and convivial finger-food.
If you prefer a more traditional dinner, that's also possible, with some melted cheese/potatoes, from the delicate Alpine gastronomy, to avoid any hypoglycemia due to the cold...
And if you're wise, at the end of your meal, to dissolve the fats, you may be entitled to a shot of the famous Dolin Savoyard genepi!

This summer, the kitchen will open at 3pm and then from 6:30pm to 10pm.
