Starting at 6 p.m., come taste our cocktails (absolutely delicious—thanks, Charlotte!) paired with platters of high-quality local charcuterie and cheeses, including Avalin cheeses, charcoal-grilled meats, tapas, and fun finger foods.
If you prefer a more traditional dinner, that’s also an option—with some melted cheese and potatoes, inspired by the delicate Alpine cuisine, to help prevent hypoglycemia caused by the cold...
And if you’ve been on your best behavior, at the end of your meal, to help break down the fats, you might even be treated to a shot of the famous Savoyard génépi, Dolin!
